This policy explains what information XRatedList (the “Site”) collects and how it is used. We aim to collect as little as possible.

- Local storage: a single flag confirming you passed the 18+ age gate, stored in your browser so you are not asked again. It never leaves your device.
- Server logs: standard request logs (IP address, user agent) kept briefly for security and abuse prevention.
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential storage keeps the Site working (for example, the age-gate flag). Any analytics or marketing technologies are optional and off by default unless you opt in. You can clear this storage at any time in your browser settings.
Third-party sites and advertising
The Site links to independently operated third-party websites and may display ads from adult ad networks. Those third parties have their own privacy policies and may set their own cookies once you interact with them. We are not responsible for their practices.

Children
The Site is strictly for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
