Pornhub
pornhub.com

- Largest mainstream free library anywhere — millions of scenes across 100+ categories
- Fast, reliable player that starts almost instantly and seeks cleanly
- Verified models and studio channels make it easy to find real, consented content
- Free tier runs heavy banner and pre-roll ads and constantly nudges you to Premium
- Best resolution and ad-free viewing are locked behind a paid plan
xHamster
xhamster.com
Massive European tube with a strong community, stories, live cams and solid 4K.
- Clean, modern interface that works equally well on desktop and mobile
- Strong European presence with content and languages beyond the US-centric defaults
- Growing library of genuine 4K scenes, clearly labelled
- A bit more aggressive about promoting the paid tier than XVideos
- Live cam section is a thin shell over a partner platform, not a native experience
Short verdict
On our combined score (quality, safety and value) Pornhub edges ahead of xHamster by 0.2 points. That's a meaningful gap, but neither is bad — pick Pornhub if you want the stronger overall package, xHamster if the specific niche or price point suits you better.
